See if you can find a natural place, which is away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Perhaps you have a local woodland, or a park or a quiet stream that you can visit.
Look for a comfy place to sit away from everybody else. Some trees were made for sitting against!
Take a few long deep breaths and sit without making a single movement.
If you are really still, the things living around you will return to their normal activity. You might get close to a bird or an animal... or begin seeing and feeling things that you have never noticed before.
Just listen to some of the sounds around your magic spot... close your eyes and listen to this special symphony.
You may feel like writing a poem, or drawing a sketch to let others know a little about your magic spot.
